This is a safe, welcoming space where we work together in real time, with guidance, laughter, and no judgement.

Each week, you'll join a 2-hour live group session with me, Fraser (ADHD coach, diagnosed late, been where you are).

These sessions combine education, live coaching, and practical tools you can apply to real life.

I make it simple, clear, and human

What It's Built On: Understanding the ADHD Brain

Everything in this course is grounded in one powerful truth: people with ADHD experience a 30% developmental delay in executive function.

That means things like planning, emotional regulation, time management, motivation, and working memory often develop more slowly than in neurotypical peers.

But once you understand why you struggle, you can finally stop blaming yourself and start building strategies that actually work for your brain.

Identify where you naturally thrive and where you burn out.
You’ll leave with clarity on your strengths, common traps, and early warning signs of overwhelm.

Week 2:

Problem Solving:

Solve It Your Way

Understand how your inner critic holds you back.
You’ll learn tools to challenge self-doubt and build your own ADHD-friendly problem-solving style.

Week 3:

Motivation:

Get Motivated

Motivation is tricky with ADHD unless you shape it to suit your brain.
You’ll learn how to handle boring tasks, reduce stress, and get things done without last-minute panic.

Week 4:

Impulsivity:

Manage Your Pace

Learn how impulsivity derails your long-term goals and energy.
You’ll leave with simple tools to stay focused, follow through, and stop self-sabotage before it starts.

Week 5:

Memory : Remember to Remember

Explore better ways to manage your calendar, to-do lists, and daily tasks without shame.
You’ll build a system that forgives forgetfulness while keeping you on track.

Week 6:

Emotional Regulation:

Balance Your Emotions

ADHD often brings intense emotional reactions, especially to rejection or criticism.
You’ll gain tools to manage RSD, stay grounded, and recover from emotional setbacks.

Why I created this

I’m Fraser, a coach and former corporate leader who didn’t know I had ADHD until I was 43.

My life changed the day I was diagnosed.

Before that, I spent decades feeling not good enough, burning out, and over giving just to feel worthy.

Since then, I’ve healed, done the work, retrained and have worked 1-to-1 with people just like you, helping them understand their ADHD and build systems that work.

But at £150/hour, I know that 1-to-1 coaching isn’t realistic for everyone.

That’s why I’m offering this live cohort for just £200.

This is my way of reaching more people, creating a supportive space, and making coaching more accessible.
